You will not use the services for any illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose, or engage in activity that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

eNetworkspay is not a bank and does not hold depositor's funds. It acts solely as a financial technology company facilitating its offerings in partnership with licensed transmitters. By using the website and services, you acknowledge that eNetworkspay is not a bank and that financial transactions or services are provided by third-party partners.
“eNetworkspay” is a trading name of ENETWORKS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Nigeria under the 'Other financial service activities' classification.
